Mantra: I KNOW. “I merge with the Unity of All Life. I act in alignment with my Higher Spiritual Nature.” SEVENTH CHAKRA ACTIVITY Calm Down First and Open Your Chakras: A great way to settle yourself is with the 4-7-8 breathing that only takes a minute. Inhale (thinking clean air) through your nose to a count of four, pause for seven, exhale (thinking stagnant air) to a count of eight. Visualize energy radiating from your chest up and down your seven Chakras. Repeat.

A simple ten or fifteen minute breathing meditation can help you to overcome your stress and find some inner peace and balance. A SIMPLE BREATHING MEDITATION Here is a simple ten or fifteen minute breathing meditation that can help you to overcome stress and find inner peace and balanceThe object is to stop distractions and make the mind clearer and more lucid. This will allow all our Chakras to be open and let in the Divine.1. We choose a quiet place to meditate and sit in a comfortable position. We can sit in the traditional cross-legged posture or in any other position that is comfortable. If we wish, we can sit in a chair. The most important thing is to keep our back straight to prevent our mind from becoming sluggish or sleepy. 2. We sit with eyes partially closed and turn our attention to our breathing. We breathe naturally, preferably through the nostrils, without attempting to control the breath, and we try to become aware of the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils. 3. This sensation is our object of meditation. We should try to concentrate on it to the exclusion of everything else.
